   We urgently require a clinic manager based in China Town to ensure
! H- R1 j5 R, a3 A4 x6 y, R: mthe smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to 1 R4 V. _( X9 D
customers.+ J6 \4 Y+ C+ J
The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
2 L1 p% l& }5 ]# @7 R) @management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional 0 F; m: k0 ~: L
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
& n/ J( x: }  `9 q8 l/ Rcommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.1 x* d9 W( ?# ?1 D+ V
0 R! t3 s/ }: a, P6 k- a- S, O
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.& q" I* W* s+ W* k( Y3 c& j: x
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-( c- o+ y3 n2 v, r# v/ _) Y5 ^
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s * n/ R# u/ B6 G
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   ; T+ D* X$ ]8 z3 u& J
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.
) N$ J) Z, h0 H* e. J  `: UThe post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall* Z0 K2 u/ M, D# w
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.( L8 _, i8 Q1 D8 U( {
