   We urgently require a clinic manager based in China Town to ensure
* p* _3 k5 X0 R  cthe smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to ) s. K3 K# C" u% G* x
customers.
  m$ h, a/ @. _8 kThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
; G+ A% |1 n- a& x& v6 ]6 Lmanagement.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional " t; y) W6 f: D9 H0 P3 ~. x
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in 0 W6 b0 n; X2 D' c* z
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.
! i. t6 @+ Q1 i) u0 r% i2 H9 G% A& m  E# K: b* c
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.! U1 x2 L  y8 O1 Y! L7 ]1 m
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-4 s% W0 d- @- ]" n. ?8 z% ?( D
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s 3 d( U( a& r; K$ D( a3 r2 K
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   . E! k- X- O7 m
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.5 H) Y+ h6 X, F# f8 b1 e
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall4 g. P; Q8 o5 {" B0 K5 [% \: \4 a% E
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade./ h0 R9 r3 @  \1 I& a9 l
