the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to % d2 ]4 B1 Y5 N
customers.
3 L+ t! Z( y& o" R1 w( cThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
% `3 }. U# |- x2 d0 Xmanagement.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional & g0 W& Z  o; e4 D! |6 r* U
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in # m% L0 H8 V( F( k
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.5 R$ t  B/ D& V) _- z. x1 @- I- Y( ~

Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
# Z& p8 O0 Y+ ]6 K" x* ~' v$ EMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-! ]6 B5 W* P% G6 \6 L
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s 2 w; X+ m( @6 x+ X
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   + o) Y/ a$ C, q( ?: Q6 O, c) H9 ]
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.
