the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to
5 S; h0 g- r# y5 z1 Icustomers.
3 r: j) |1 _. g  X# E; H, g" b8 @! f+ u) ?The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
3 C1 u3 o7 W( q% E( ]management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional 1 F" Z. Z! ^4 y) Q+ b$ ?
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in " e5 ~$ p! D8 I* `
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.

Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.; _8 v% n3 r1 M+ u% @/ w
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-) a5 H3 K' W. z- c
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
/ q5 a) X% x) |# ?# v( m9 Y3 z7 dprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   % \6 m: V2 K8 o1 n0 j
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.
# b& u/ Q  T# W" i) LThe post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall
. X5 n2 Y: U; h! p' Y8 e$ Xbusiness activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.
