the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to

& }) `0 Z. i( k7 \) r) _' bThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
* C, T4 R9 O  P& T+ k; L: Amanagement.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
: I+ W0 J: {- n. D: j7 t# ~, jChinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in ' f6 Q1 f( d! P, R2 B
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.4 q8 Q) _# e9 T
! o) r- U/ u( E8 X0 i0 P+ N  O+ s
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.5 Y# F" k; i9 w1 l' G( K
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-  Z9 \; E9 b$ {& y3 I
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
3 S/ }' Y: M! j9 u: l+ E# hprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
! y# E4 u* U* I% mand offering assistance to the doctor as required.) t. \1 c9 @4 x/ `
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall
& x( L! x" Z& J' Ibusiness activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.$ x# U% k! @2 X0 _8 p8 T, j) w; E
