   We urgently require a clinic manager based in China Town to ensure
% g6 d1 k3 p6 L8 N  z4 Q  V' dthe smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to * }  T+ n( s& o
customers.
4 G0 l1 h: {; N- W" oThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
1 n1 L( \% ^5 ~5 v9 F  zmanagement.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional 6 J& y  j7 s" v7 v% L( k
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in 0 V; R4 l5 }$ \2 E# A
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.0 j; D6 y& j0 l! M: b

4 e, E, K: o! j! q" a& k+ S1 uPrevious experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
4 q0 b2 o3 ~% n& e' O' A0 nMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
9 W7 j. ~' d5 C( k0 akeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
' F# y* G& B3 |" E1 fprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
4 _% n' E* b, v2 F( {2 l1 ?1 Band offering assistance to the doctor as required.7 E7 L  k5 k! ~9 ]. \  j; I
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall
  I4 L' H) y7 d, \9 s* g) A2 L4 a0 o1 S8 Kbusiness activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.+ T. P' S' w! W  p
