这两天中国的网页都很难打开

如题，最近两天什么中国的网页都很难打开，要么速度很慢很慢，是不是英国和中国的网络传输出现问题了？

根据随便找一个站点来跟踪路由途径发现，主要问题出在国内而不是国外。但是现在这个问题有点诡异，就是不用学校的ip访问，也就是在外面用一般宽带访问国内站点还是可以连上的，有时候也连不上，但到学校里肯定不行。; F( y* Z2 o' G  F' m# R

真的是曼大系统里出的问题，外部都没问题的吗？为什么除了大陆其他都很好，好奇怪的问题哦～没网难过死了，唉。。

我在校外访问大陆网站都基本一切正常的。上新浪也很快。CHINAREN也没问题。

只能说，问题可能出在曼大学校校内，而且是某些学生宿舍的网络。
