online registration step 10

因收到曼大email说9月30日之前须register online, 而且进入student centre后，它显示：“. V7 _$ B2 R* x7 l/ N6 t
You have not completed Academic and Financial Registration.
2 ~) ], Y: w9 e- N1 [0 x& n/ P* l* u/ W+ B9 k+ Q
You must register by 30 September 2009 to avoid a late payment charge.”0 B# T% _$ S4 }9 W8 R

( H2 b0 K) j  F4 M其中最后一步 Step 10 为Step 10. Payment of Tuition Fees , 但它貌似要求在线支付。可我已开汇票，我想请问各位已注册了的前辈们 如何付的tuition fees，可不可以跳过这步完成注册0 n. P) Y+ }. u) |# n  Z% H! T
