    Tesco is keen to recruit students from Asian, Black and minority
( p/ z/ c; E4 ?" B2 R    ethnic groups onto their personal development programme which 0 o  v" _6 W. T8 Q
    aims to provide life skills training in key competencies such as " q  Y5 Z. |5 H* S. M5 w6 a( z8 F! V
    task management, team working and communication. Students will
3 q! Q2 l3 w$ Y    undertake a 6 week internship (July - August 2009) within a ( R9 x8 k) C, Z) J
    specific department and attend 2 residential seminars. The ' a& P: i. |5 _9 I0 g
    company also offer support with writing CVs and applications and 4 n  u0 Y, m  j! Q3 a8 H
    performing in interviews.
