    The internship runs for a 10 week period between June and August 4 q1 d3 G" X  N2 s' |# u
    and offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in a
5 u6 \. \/ M- u    financial institution. The Graduate Leadership Programme is based # O6 a+ x1 P7 W+ n% j6 h" v6 U
    across the following areas: general management; corporate ) w) M8 C( h+ V- ^
    markets; finance; IT; and HR. The successful candidate will be
2 a; w: P! \, g6 n/ N9 `    given responsibility from day one and will be allocated to an
4 t0 b5 c6 v5 ]$ j# ^8 r$ S    Emerging Talent Manager who will deliver training and support.
