    The internship runs for a 10 week period between June and August

5 h$ ^5 e6 \) S4 d5 b' g* J    financial institution. The Graduate Leadership Programme is based 7 j- z& {& }2 R5 g2 p# J
    across the following areas: general management; corporate 3 {/ X% i# S  b" {$ e
    markets; finance; IT; and HR. The successful candidate will be ; K% i0 s! O+ A7 @
    given responsibility from day one and will be allocated to an
/ g% u5 {( c$ `4 G9 X" j; C7 E. _    Emerging Talent Manager who will deliver training and support.
