the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to 0 ?3 }0 E  h6 n% [" w4 v

The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
3 {- c6 j( k% ~/ z1 V- j7 Mmanagement.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional   |; r# U; E+ H6 Q# U
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in - z+ j$ n+ o& n: s8 D. f3 A
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.

Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential., E  U9 [# D9 j- c( Q4 F" U
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
! X' F7 n7 k" |) w8 Bkeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s . \) A% n7 m. w7 _
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   % G4 f: N+ O9 }
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.9 q1 F5 g, s  `
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall9 R* B  X* F) S. n6 ^: K* W
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.
