The Position:  Researcher（Trainee）8 y+ c/ T* {+ A  K0 S) z
Location: Beijing& C& Q/ h6 M& Q( ~
Responsibilities:
& c( [# c8 A/ I, L7 g! s        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
5 r3 A2 W4 D( t        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;+ k6 H" i; {8 f, w
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.# \4 j1 ], F' H) O9 C
        Arrange face to face interview; + B% S$ ?5 N0 D: a
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; . D+ |& I5 ^3 ?1 F' @0 J9 }- p- r
        Data entry and maintain database; , T7 w8 p% K7 q# ?5 A, V8 e
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities/ I. X8 m1 k% d/ t  P& w" m# R* w
Requirements: ) v* N+ y1 I% T
        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；# N6 W. H% T3 j/ n* m  Q
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
$ q. ~- n* ^2 t* Z3 z/ D        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;8 l! a' s/ D0 ^
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
0 P! Z/ E2 H; V7 J: j6 x1 j        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;1 C- W6 g, B3 W5 m% ?5 _0 S
        Able to work under pressure with patience;/ B1 S$ y. `( N$ A. B4 f
