Responsibilities:
! i; V8 M( a8 m Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions 2 ^% G- G1 `3 F2 \" ]3 B0 f. d
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
. N+ ]4 r2 R$ Z) {& H% p4 X3 ?4 k" b Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
- j+ n+ C5 U0 C8 K Arrange face to face interview; 1 w4 T# T, f4 ?* y( O) T
Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
% n: m, X& h8 g) S" W4 B9 x f6 S Data entry and maintain database;
% O4 k y/ X. S; O Get involved in other relevant responsibilities
6 S0 c( F* p, l) Y/ n7 FRequirements:
; X9 T+ b& m6 G Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
* \$ K: Z* A2 Q1 k/ R& O% N3 U Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;8 `* Q& M/ v3 `
Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
V) I& ?& P0 t; K. i Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
_ @, S* ^7 r [# V Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
/ m. S7 A+ ^' t( r3 x5 D Able to work under pressure with patience;
