The Position:  Researcher（Trainee）( r( Q8 x$ u% |. P
Location: Beijing, w5 r: E. D% y# u0 ?9 X/ j; v
Responsibilities:* f/ Q# H7 \+ {+ R; r0 V# H
        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions " z* L" S4 Z2 w
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;2 ?; u4 U* X2 q& W7 M
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.% Q/ S( b7 v7 T  V
        Arrange face to face interview; 7 `% ]1 O* B$ Q/ Z. i. [, U
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; 3 o7 j5 H0 P% Y: h
        Data entry and maintain database; ; b/ H5 b6 o; K6 S0 c6 M
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities# C! p5 |3 y2 S: \  H
Requirements:
1 c2 M! c# M% ]9 W5 u3 V        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；* q0 d7 f$ c' S0 P) V# @7 i
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;- S* X2 R% |5 V5 g
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;+ ~9 K* ?2 ]5 O: w5 t; Q
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;, z1 [* h- W# s( T( x
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;; J2 i' j& ?3 I3 K  ?
        Able to work under pressure with patience;
