% S$ w0 O+ M) T' x0 ^1 n$ k* D; FIn order to maximize the use of the Chinese books, Huaxia Chinese School plans to provide a mobile library service for pupils. To ensure the smooth running of the library, the School intends to recruit a library administrator. The job will start in September 2007. The wage will be round 20 pounds per week.   r3 r% F9 m$ X' P! C5 _0 a- \& ~

/ Y  Y. ?. \- E9 EHelping on setting up an effective library procedure for borrowing and returning books;) d1 t+ X: b; D) ~

  S+ X5 N5 k" W0 cLiaise with the Head teacher to ensure stock maintenance for weekly need, including carrying small number of books between the school and storing place every week;

  K$ r1 X6 s! t- Z( B& J$ YDealing with customer enquiries such as book reservation, renewal and other general queries relating to the library stock via email and/or on Sundays at School desk, and retrieve the requested item accordingly0 O6 Y' m, z9 p! `8 M

be familiar with common office software such as MS Office

Previous experience of working in a customer service environment would be an advantage.
