4 o: r+ @0 r" j    designed to show postholders what the job of a Patent Attorney ; j& O' _& _! f2 i$ ]/ u
    really entails. Successful candidates will receive first hand
) Y# i/ w4 a9 V8 k* v    experience dealing with the UK Patent Office on high tech matters
  r* P2 K/ d  g: Z1 W0 U    within their own field and will be shown the basics of patent # k7 q* u9 l- s
    drafting. Finally, successful candidates will handle a # P8 _# h3 p" F9 w2 E2 m* T% B
    contentious matter using skills learnt over the course of the / N. P5 ]8 Q1 i, M. w0 s
    placement to defend or challenge a patent against other placement
