- ?  L$ ^7 o5 J5 {( P+ h/ @7 \+ c6 syou will find out more, especially in section of "study & qualify", you will easily find out 6 institutes in China has co-operations with CIPS, 2 of them locates in Beijing, and the rest 4 are locating in the city of Hong Kong.

Not quite sure about Shanghai, however there's no doubt about the reality of CIPS at all.
