    Tesco is keen to recruit students from Asian, Black and minority 6 f5 H9 `" F. P3 M# Y  C# V
    ethnic groups onto their personal development programme which 5 f$ S$ r( h3 ~/ D4 s, d
    aims to provide life skills training in key competencies such as
0 M' m( A. @- g+ K1 S    task management, team working and communication. Students will
6 d% @8 ^  u8 `    undertake a 6 week internship (July - August 2009) within a
! g1 |8 A4 J( w0 o8 |/ K8 V    specific department and attend 2 residential seminars. The 7 u3 x! ~- Y8 G: p/ w) j8 M
    company also offer support with writing CVs and applications and 2 y8 N4 M9 @$ W
    performing in interviews.
