    ethnic groups onto their personal development programme which - K8 q) e8 u6 Y
    aims to provide life skills training in key competencies such as
) e, e' e1 n3 B    task management, team working and communication. Students will 4 j5 R+ }% F/ Z. N) L: W, w7 A9 J6 C
    undertake a 6 week internship (July - August 2009) within a
2 o& v9 c8 _; [3 E1 U/ q+ y' d    specific department and attend 2 residential seminars. The ! c/ b. d5 H* W9 p0 g
    company also offer support with writing CVs and applications and
