lambert hall ---internet problems

I have used it for 2 days.The internet can not be used yesterday. any one could help me? Who should I talk to?

现在可以上网了！
你要先申请个m开头的帐号。 L+ C, v7 f4 } ~5 I" V* N7 T2 N# l- e
然后去chados或可以上网的机子注册自己的电脑和宿舍。9 D2 S! \4 {6 f' u
注册要要自己机子的mac地址
就是物理地址

I used the internet from  19th.  but on 21th, I cant use it.
