    The internship runs for a 10 week period between June and August # [1 [; c) f) B4 Y( f
    and offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in a
- j: L* C+ S( n7 N1 b7 l9 D    financial institution. The Graduate Leadership Programme is based
3 ]- s; ~6 ]( g- y    across the following areas: general management; corporate % p# z+ P( N* Y3 q! n! u
    markets; finance; IT; and HR. The successful candidate will be 8 @( P7 _: H2 j
    given responsibility from day one and will be allocated to an
* v9 b3 s6 ^1 D1 H* j    Emerging Talent Manager who will deliver training and support.

    £18,000 pro rata (£20,000 for corporate markets) (plus £3,450
