Responsibilities:0 M6 g) {/ j7 u
Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
% O! P5 H8 n& ]: o5 R/ \ Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;# Y8 k0 I9 A5 {) J5 x
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
% D) N8 y# W1 N4 Q h Arrange face to face interview; 5 k: @- g: |5 M
Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; - |9 m5 ] y+ t
Data entry and maintain database;
' U1 c$ q3 x$ D- x$ B Get involved in other relevant responsibilities. U( j7 m" _! i/ O
Requirements:
' h. l5 x- V7 Y7 K4 u/ `, Z' B+ p Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
G, A- ~, G" j U. a1 ~+ G" X) I" { Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
! T- N; J9 G: p! `( ` Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;+ k; `0 A0 }- K$ ?$ p& S* A! X
Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
) B6 E1 p; i0 n Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
