Responsibilities:: ?. J: y3 ~  A5 P4 t' A6 F. \0 m
        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
9 T# k6 d4 W, G& V        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
+ @; T+ M1 R: h8 `  N3 |        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.5 H4 d; y' K: v$ s6 `7 n& h  |
        Arrange face to face interview; ; U3 h. l6 o" W; u& T
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; $ ?. @8 V! r  j8 T7 q; c
        Data entry and maintain database;
& [) i# A( n$ r, \$ Z4 P+ [( `        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

: F. f; F) a0 P9 o! v1 s) s/ @        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
# Y% u1 _5 n0 I$ N) I, m. n        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;3 H+ B# l( X$ R5 _  y
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;/ K* o2 y- q8 I2 k' K- T
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
7 `6 _" p. j& G$ A        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;# \+ P: f9 A  z7 l& U/ Y
        Able to work under pressure with patience;
