Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions " i' n' h, H4 Q# G
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;; F, Q. l1 R6 J$ i4 Y# h0 t* g3 h
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.0 G5 ]- `7 f+ [: [. F
Arrange face to face interview; , m2 t e5 `1 W- u
Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; $ q$ x, Q X+ N6 g& m2 T+ B/ \
Data entry and maintain database;
