7 Q' J" n5 a( _6 X: u% k6 u$ M8 a. |5 H        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions ' l- t- {  ?/ V" N6 f+ l
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;: }+ S* \9 w& x% w
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
1 \& A6 c2 r  _* ]        Arrange face to face interview;
: B- }$ p2 u& q$ ]        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; 4 e& l/ v9 d. B3 k
        Data entry and maintain database; 3 e1 h8 v+ j; Y4 T7 m7 ^4 [
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
6 ^9 s9 t7 R0 |        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
- r" K- R! t% O* I2 x2 O: B* o. Y% v        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;  b& K9 Y, i% c7 D9 x. x
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;3 |' J, z/ g; m* P
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;

        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
