The Position:  Researcher（Trainee）

Responsibilities:
7 L' d5 ]& @$ Z! d/ z7 T8 @        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions 3 h% ~6 [  x, K% Y+ j) z
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;3 I# m3 R  b9 ?4 H7 A
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.2 X8 f0 d: y+ A. ~. h" u
        Arrange face to face interview; & c* t; N7 l6 p; R6 U
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; / _- A1 Z9 ~! s: Z: Q  v
        Data entry and maintain database; 8 Z8 ]/ [. j: j0 d% R! v$ P
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities  e$ _1 b2 q9 V/ S4 n! ?
Requirements: " X; c) f- G$ }8 m8 {! h
        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
% U" E7 g1 ~' o        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
4 g) T" g( Q, I* P- x3 \        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
, c9 C; f9 G' B4 m7 e9 Y, V        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
9 ?) _0 r4 {) X/ v6 {. N        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;

        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
