        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
% Y/ `/ g$ I$ E& B' F0 Z        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;9 m8 l5 q: p% w8 K
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
# K2 C( g: E+ T/ z# I' v4 t: e6 `" x        Arrange face to face interview;
  J! l' m: o. j7 k+ \# a        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
% e& m+ Q% i7 J9 l        Data entry and maintain database;
# y5 T: O% ^) s, s        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities* S3 G& }- e  a7 W0 ^3 a
Requirements: 6 P, o/ @) c' ~% e" L8 F* R% ]
        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
. ^- F  V# x8 ~' B- n, n        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;- S0 v. B! o- ~7 g: k# o0 _
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;( c4 u2 }8 S4 c8 s' L3 t
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;# g" j, R  y0 a
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;( R' e. T. L9 @  r1 ?$ t& O) ~/ N# v
        Able to work under pressure with patience;
