    Working with the National Chef of the Year, Eyck Zimmer,
; u& A- }3 K# j/ O    positions as waitresses are available. The role involves greeting $ b+ m! ?: V/ Q. d, @
    and seating guests; taking orders; advising on menu choices;
9 d4 m: T5 y& O' C9 J4 Q- z5 h% a- {* L    delivering and presenting food/beverages; receiving payments; and
; \0 l; e- _' V% r    delivering a high level of personalised and professional service
6 z6 ~' K( a0 |$ _# C7 O    amongst other duties. The postholder will be part of a team of 30 - b/ E; v6 W4 H- {2 i4 z* @
    working together to ensure all guests receive the highest level
5 @8 E9 ^, u0 d0 w5 ^. I% R    of service delivery. The work will be on a part-time basis and
/ L: Z: m) o( Y; e' ^    will involve working weekends. The earliest start will be 6am and
: j/ }. G8 O6 c4 I    the latest finish will be 1am. There will be the opportunity to
