Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions . \; W J, {+ e2 C* r6 p2 J
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates; m% ^- q2 J; |7 t. ^3 w- k# }3 M
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.9 B7 ~7 i0 f) q* o
Arrange face to face interview; ! e/ Y3 u1 B- z. A! U! I% J
Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
S: X, n4 P O Data entry and maintain database;
+ D# z, S" _# c* m Get involved in other relevant responsibilities% i. N' V/ |5 i. l
Requirements:
2 `( T2 V% F" _7 B Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
; v- z9 {$ j' @ Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
# p& C7 }3 d2 u# o' G/ q6 C; j Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
" O$ I7 T! X; z" Y" [+ H/ w; W Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;- J5 W" K l3 G5 S' O
Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;

Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
