The Position:  Researcher（Trainee）

Responsibilities:9 _, m# }- E) F; s9 L- S1 X8 l
        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions 0 u/ ]8 }, S  o$ u
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;# b! |- e' }' Z, Q& E
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
8 r1 s4 m1 S' \" j        Arrange face to face interview; 9 w, L3 Z. E! X' `" r1 s( ?
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
0 F$ R6 H6 j6 {! G! G        Data entry and maintain database; " y/ @# Q( B, ~3 ~" r
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

( u7 e7 V5 W1 {        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
% I/ S& N6 u1 W3 k        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;" ]7 T5 _; ?) ?; s. D
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;

        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;7 J9 n  s/ Z. \9 C' W
        Able to work under pressure with patience;
