The Position:  Researcher（Trainee）

        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
' a" G9 k: Y9 Z! {/ v        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;: o. X% k4 ^  K9 b: K7 L
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.* G( s# L. r  f" _- ?
        Arrange face to face interview;
; q0 @, E4 }; W1 a) O9 t3 k        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; , a- X" b7 u: m  M5 [: |% h
        Data entry and maintain database;
- S2 \2 y2 p! u( o1 }/ A% F, V        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities' d# ~: T# m# f1 D3 {
Requirements:
4 g- f7 \! u: p) T6 o; [        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
# i2 U9 r& c* N( e        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;2 r1 _5 |9 W8 O) H" I
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;: Q5 u0 j( X% c( C1 b
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;/ R3 B% E- l! E: s/ x* T6 J! }
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
