Job title: Part-time River Restaurant/Waiting Staff

    Working with the National Chef of the Year, Eyck Zimmer, 8 V6 f  [7 X% L
    positions as waitresses are available. The role involves greeting 4 n& L4 [- m4 z3 P) w5 r
    and seating guests; taking orders; advising on menu choices;
* \) L) S  ]" N4 `  X9 {- j' {    delivering and presenting food/beverages; receiving payments; and
6 O1 q, x) z. [- a    delivering a high level of personalised and professional service
& `- q3 t: k( ]$ L( c' z; I    amongst other duties. The postholder will be part of a team of 30 / t9 f" y# [( y- M' G& X5 P- s8 x
    working together to ensure all guests receive the highest level . V+ _% a1 K4 u! r; H6 Z
    of service delivery. The work will be on a part-time basis and
/ ]; X/ `" @5 R' g    will involve working weekends. The earliest start will be 6am and
' k7 ^7 W. o5 I    the latest finish will be 1am. There will be the opportunity to
