the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to & e9 _" M8 S9 m% P$ Z
customers.
) L5 g. x: Q+ q. OThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
7 {7 J- r6 N# F$ Vmanagement.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional & ]. J# S) f* `* g. c; l& [4 M
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in . p: Y& p- J2 n. R' A% ~
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.
! o0 P. Y* M- n) J7 R% l" u0 k2 ^; o: F+ T
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.+ I- \: y" s5 V- ?( V; A; d
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
& U8 z, K% H; b5 A* ^  E1 Akeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
- ^1 Q5 M: y2 w5 L  qprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   9 L8 L: o4 X( i1 T7 Y1 T4 @* c
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.6 F/ }2 Y2 U+ o" Y0 z" r' G; Y
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall
" P/ h+ J6 J9 m3 i; f( _. _* Dbusiness activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.! @8 ]! f8 X6 f; m" c% F$ m% |
