Responsibilities:
( j2 A6 P' ]0 @0 {) O* F' W Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
6 {/ R5 a% h: \& | K! m7 x Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
& f, n7 h1 s( `2 t) Q Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
r9 z' p# J4 L5 R( \0 k Arrange face to face interview;
1 t8 v" e3 E) q! | ~ Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; ; x1 d+ d- [- h/ N
Data entry and maintain database; ; e$ C; i" i/ J* v0 l

Requirements:
6 l" q+ ?1 k$ b9 c; j" I Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；8 m3 q9 f6 j: Q6 x, \
Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
8 I9 @) B4 f8 j+ H" s0 d3 l: \; t Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
* G% K5 K+ y& @- N Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
