# ^) \3 m2 I4 Y$ v0 V Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions # Q' S4 s$ a3 E$ I6 [
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;& ^4 \/ T9 F( V2 g# }$ J( \# K
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
7 e( S& m4 T8 J H Arrange face to face interview; 5 |2 f" r8 m/ X+ V9 P$ _1 R' t4 {
Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;

Requirements: + l% b' t* l% [! y* r8 J
Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
7 ]/ H2 _ @- s0 ^- m; u/ p4 t8 \ Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;

Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
