the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to 4 S' I9 g# A( N1 m
customers.
% l6 r9 q* p$ tThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  " S0 P4 ?3 d% I
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional   l  X$ Q8 h' s  Y; |$ z; z, ?" @
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in 8 k2 B! ]! E9 V9 K' f/ D
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.

1 f2 L+ e, ]5 g% @; z1 G" oPrevious experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.8 I  z+ U) `7 w6 Z; M( q
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
! _- f( i! G3 I+ @; I- s. C( K0 {keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
2 d# U# k( ^4 v$ Y5 sprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
& L  s* z! r7 j; r3 \and offering assistance to the doctor as required.2 p, T8 U- ]5 X' s
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall% L# Y5 l/ U# }/ X8 u4 h& o( d- _
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.( b# i# E" B, x  w1 }) j* ?
