the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to

' Q9 Y& b. K- `+ W+ OThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
) f3 B' I+ H# J4 ^management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional
# A! O2 q- d7 w- c3 p6 c6 _Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in & y3 P' A5 m/ |7 S; G1 ~6 X
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.

& L0 U5 f* p# H0 w7 DPrevious experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
5 Y2 A5 I; ?( ^1 r0 j0 sMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
$ T0 w" n! r' K  |( nkeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s 3 c% j/ R7 Y5 B/ Q6 Z0 u
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
- ~5 h' ?! ~8 G! X; u* D3 eand offering assistance to the doctor as required.
