! t& p3 B. S3 W        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
1 a: I+ A. v, Z+ V        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;. H: j4 l# X. S' i7 l
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case., d" F! I( r7 x) V9 ]
        Arrange face to face interview;
, ]4 Y5 `7 }6 {+ M; i        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; + y# ^/ \7 U3 T& E7 ?* n9 b: n+ M
        Data entry and maintain database;   S2 b2 b) R3 m- j* ?
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities. m. v6 E( O, `* D/ ^$ V
Requirements:
7 X  @; s  j7 O        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
; y5 p8 J  X- W6 \7 c# D2 X        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;% p) V" j. E% K9 e
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;7 u& {' m+ m0 M' q) D& q8 B0 I
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;" e/ C1 D3 j! O" j! O1 y
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
, t5 d( |" _8 O# Q, m1 ]% h& x        Able to work under pressure with patience;% w' i) W, n4 U* z7 b. M
        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy; 3 E' G" D: c+ M& I$ o
