   We urgently require a clinic manager based in China Town to ensure
' o% W' ^' h+ G; lthe smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to . h! H: n/ C: R$ Z3 ]
customers.6 Y- b! M6 e, q7 @# v& B% d1 h
The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  % _; B. @5 d0 z3 U) E
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional : V6 v5 ]* U, `- C  U% A
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in - j7 _0 i, v. z8 V  F& X( I
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.
) b! K2 r% Z- `0 `' n) X/ e/ e9 X6 h
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
- S: `: a# m( x) f2 I( E0 _% T# o9 E* yMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
3 @3 {) g2 s# |7 |( O" h7 mkeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
3 L6 a  `* ^& i% N( Y" D4 nprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
* [- Q# p# v0 C2 l% ~and offering assistance to the doctor as required.
