the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to

The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  * f2 ]" U$ d* d* Q  S
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional $ M! y6 j* @1 T3 h+ ^$ A* g
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
% F- \( Q  |9 ycommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.1 W: J' P. n+ N2 a

+ Z( P. _" E$ L  N( j' u; l% }Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
7 i& A& |! R, O& Q  M) }) W  u0 D2 wMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
2 d' |0 w6 d' |' \1 h9 Zkeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
- x3 O3 j/ Q+ n7 Y8 B+ F6 C- s! j0 vprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order

The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall! I8 h2 \, F- D' S+ B" Z) N
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.$ l( ?# b$ q  x( _: h
