   We urgently require a clinic manager based in China Town to ensure
) W! z' G2 A6 o7 _" X7 j, j  _5 E2 Vthe smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to ) _# W6 I, A% H4 r; Q% K; d
customers.
9 A+ b$ o8 h3 ^8 K- LThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  9 m; o4 B! u# Z( F# B7 ^
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional : Q* d; D5 T' z. O
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
# d: P1 z- {) I5 A/ q& tcommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.! V  C8 G$ v' ]

, N+ H% m% Y9 i1 ^Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.2 o: b' z5 x$ n: s' _+ G
Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-. V* l& }3 B$ g% m, l3 s. }# F' V7 z
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s 7 N6 V8 d! g3 u' z
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   , _( F- ~, U# \( m9 ]# E& P
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.1 L* q' W* C1 I' l" J! c% r
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall
4 q; _' z3 d8 u" Nbusiness activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.
