the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to & s5 N1 n% l/ v# O4 n
customers.
% l7 f7 |( u# q2 \3 E( iThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  9 L% `+ E# f" m1 r# `: E
management.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional 1 N" }% C# t( b: B
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in % r! ^. e! k( [. n( \  l2 W8 |
communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.+ p2 C8 G9 B( w" K7 D( b

, W# ^4 c7 k3 x. u1 ~Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
( U8 i- d  B/ I9 ]' zMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-% c1 k* n& L$ }% p4 e% k8 m9 `
keeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s
% s: f1 }' M) O+ Kprescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
" X! K, Z. Y( _1 Y, \and offering assistance to the doctor as required.
! e2 J) E+ j2 L0 i/ FThe post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall
  d+ r4 y2 Z3 A6 b6 q* w3 ebusiness activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.
