the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to 6 B* t% q" ?# h. @9 J
customers., P8 I3 \( W$ x0 |' E  B
The ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
+ p9 b  l* x7 j: R( u6 W0 s9 M& ]9 Fmanagement.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional 1 d& M2 I+ h/ k' B0 k4 ~
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
" D1 J) q& U' I, m" ~communication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.
/ L: O/ C: t7 f" v1 \2 r9 W* Y2 @( F5 R
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
' t# L, R1 D/ t% `Main duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
. K7 m  s2 [7 C+ Y# [; x8 Rkeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s 9 q9 u0 |) _' w2 C: {9 g& H
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   0 O0 k* [3 A, Z+ @, [9 ~
and offering assistance to the doctor as required.; [4 C% W/ @6 o" P9 ?
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall- ^0 w  ]: B# a$ L; ^2 h+ s
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.0 K7 O! Y' z: v$ S" L' j1 i* h: p
