& W3 u, U" M9 M0 h$ W1 ZWith only PG students this house is literally very quiet and suitable for living, albeit the room is relatively small...much smaller than u expect. But it is fairly enough for single living anyway

1 ^7 x/ E9 F6 ?5 d, z, [Bus stops of (41,42,43,142,143) just outside the residence, quite convenient.
