2 T& p( c) x4 B+ d& z2 A& _the smooth running of the business and maintaining excellent care to + z( J: _( V" @7 U
customers.
' m$ C2 C+ x$ T. U* y. `7 A6 z4 F. T+ pThe ideal candidate must have university qualifications in business or  
5 k8 b  o' L. ~$ k9 \# Xmanagement.  She / he will have a good understanding of traditional # i, b3 h% c2 S/ X7 ]  [+ M
Chinese medicine, fluent in English and Chinese languages, excellent in
8 F+ j- B% U0 pcommunication skills, good organisational skills and IT skills.
' v0 N! V& e% X# S: w. s  P4 B/ q& X1 p# ~5 Y" A
Previous experience in a Chinese clinic is desirable but not essential.
9 C1 |/ B: v; J6 _& yMain duties include reception, organising client’s appointments, book-
2 _1 e/ M. X6 B! E& X  h7 Skeeping, dispensing Chinese medicine according to the doctor’s . ]' r8 k2 U* Z! f
prescriptions, supervising and ensure the clinic is kept in  a good order   
6 d) h1 c5 f+ P3 g. B1 band offering assistance to the doctor as required.3 O6 L$ K8 L0 ]* g* }7 X9 O( F% M0 ]
The post holder will work very closely with the Head Office in the overall5 L3 u! x" W6 \5 T5 S4 S  C6 \4 k
business activities of the company, particularly in the promotion of trade.
