    day to day operations including food preparation and service,

8 ?* b* l( l/ G: z    Highly motivated and hard working with excellent communication ; g8 z0 @/ T( I8 \
    and organisational skills. Previous experience working in a : l% C) F& f: ~2 l) k
    catering environment would be an advantagge. A full UK driving " ~$ y7 ~+ `9 X/ t; u+ N4 U
    licence and access to own vehicle is also desirable, but not
( d2 \- ~0 B( k- l" c    essential.
