+ J9 q* a  e- d2 a$ \In order to maximize the use of the Chinese books, Huaxia Chinese School plans to provide a mobile library service for pupils. To ensure the smooth running of the library, the School intends to recruit a library administrator. The job will start in September 2007. The wage will be round 20 pounds per week. + e' M' @' B; F$ y) ^2 G

3 F- G1 h/ S3 C$ wKeeping the school library open for most Sundays during term time from 11am to 1pm;
& c# d4 q' L+ w5 n3 \! bo
3 d$ Q$ W- P! x! z: uHelping on setting up an effective library procedure for borrowing and returning books;

8 u  m) W- i% ?/ v7 H2 E; y: pLiaise with the Head teacher to ensure stock maintenance for weekly need, including carrying small number of books between the school and storing place every week;, r: c2 M2 _; K: L

Dealing with customer enquiries such as book reservation, renewal and other general queries relating to the library stock via email and/or on Sundays at School desk, and retrieve the requested item accordingly

  G% ]  q8 M( q& ibe reliable, responsible and friendly, having attention to details

have ability to work under pressure and with limited or no immediate supervision;

have own transport. s9 h: i9 b( {; f

be familiar with common office software such as MS Office& [# Y& \- G! u6 n8 f' D

have Internet access and is willing to be trained for updating online book list9 w1 x. M* d, B- B

be able to communicate in both English and Chinese
. k: X5 p& a% EPrevious experience of working in a customer service environment would be an advantage.; V. C* d. \/ n1 V; s! l5 \8 u
