MBS的博士一般几年可以毕业啊？

我的offer上写的是0 X4 i  _8 i, a7 P
your course is expected to last 3 years with a further year permitted for writing up the thesis. We would expected you to graduate at the ceremony in July or December 2011) I: X+ B! e1 K0 Q6 F7 D5 x3 M
看这个意思，要4年。) b1 N& c+ S/ Y) T) R0 h. e+ E1 |5 f

另外，mbs给我寄的offer中还有一个fomrs booklet，里面有acceptance form, invocing form, financial statement, biography form等东西，用于我确认offer，但似乎同时要交500英镑，说是什么non-refundable deposit。哪位知道这是个什么东东。。。。。。什么叫non-refundable，不交可以么？3 c5 Z" \. W4 P

听说第一年完了还要经过一个评估，过了才开始PhD，没过只能是MPhill，那第一年到底算是PhD还是MPhill啊？
