MBS的博士一般几年可以毕业啊？

我的offer上写的是
9 h( r1 O$ K0 E1 V* n/ [1 Cyour course is expected to last 3 years with a further year permitted for writing up the thesis. We would expected you to graduate at the ceremony in July or December 2011$ y* M. y; s0 I. |7 Y! ?
看这个意思，要4年。) T" c* j3 T6 P5 ?- W

但我的ors以及bursary都是给的3年，那最后一年我咋办。。。。。。8 o7 {5 w9 P; E# e2 L

另外，mbs给我寄的offer中还有一个fomrs booklet，里面有acceptance form, invocing form, financial statement, biography form等东西，用于我确认offer，但似乎同时要交500英镑，说是什么non-refundable deposit。哪位知道这是个什么东东。。。。。。什么叫non-refundable，不交可以么？5 W( a* G4 A2 {9 P) n6 c

听说第一年完了还要经过一个评估，过了才开始PhD，没过只能是MPhill，那第一年到底算是PhD还是MPhill啊？

哦，不交学费还稍微强一点，要交学费了话就麻烦了。。。
