Responsibilities:
2 a) ?# G$ W$ P' {- ^        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions ' i7 s# F/ r) b
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;! s1 A0 w; ^! B2 M
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
  ]( H) j+ B9 z' I1 i) [/ Y: p        Arrange face to face interview; ; j6 Q. h6 x+ }( j# y! ]$ [& |
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;   b! {; \5 D0 _8 d+ K# N# }
        Data entry and maintain database; ( [& ]/ U' u5 H$ d
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities
$ m" x% ?0 w, H" v  T$ T6 t/ iRequirements:
4 Q8 }# ]5 O. V* {2 q        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；+ F1 C' e9 t4 W- q1 |9 U
        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
7 t( x. Q0 x8 x2 k5 ~9 S        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;7 y- d, h  r. i4 U/ }1 ^
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
6 P: ]2 V4 m2 a        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;3 {5 N& s; d) }, Z& c/ t+ \
        Able to work under pressure with patience;% o* F" l" M7 O8 s# D8 d8 U9 u
        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy; " L8 u. R2 H9 j$ i# ?6 s8 f5 ^
