The Position:  Researcher（Trainee）

Responsibilities:4 w: o1 q3 M. `+ O2 P1 O
        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
' Z$ r( |# ?! G' k4 V2 F        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;0 ^* _, p9 a! O9 c
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.# E. P" }! r9 \
        Arrange face to face interview; 8 \" ]/ ~1 P& I6 H
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
" S" H3 a$ l. |  q! K        Data entry and maintain database;
/ \  i6 Q+ p; {8 S% F        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities0 d! E" s' B  \4 @* n4 J
Requirements:
, U$ @7 j) [$ V% c7 F0 [5 G/ S        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
; j, g/ \: _" R3 K. M( ~3 _- I9 m        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;2 v' f9 `2 v) q
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;1 E6 L5 g2 D8 v2 G* ^
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;  n) A9 `/ T$ ~4 g0 ^9 W* o5 h1 s) G
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;9 m7 {+ R4 ?3 ?0 n
        Able to work under pressure with patience;5 o4 W; n( S5 i0 y9 T% R) w
        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
