6 W9 y  W2 S4 w' `        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions 8 g" i' I+ `! [& L3 [3 c! [8 t
        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;" C* Q9 ^' K) j! j! j5 [; g
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
! Z8 M$ H# c4 y7 H' N3 k        Arrange face to face interview; : F: b7 G, w* d  G5 u
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
6 s1 C+ e* V) O" {        Data entry and maintain database; # }% P5 F! }4 X
        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities! D, ], t- ?4 U) w" f: N* Q) M
Requirements:
" S+ b3 J5 V! h+ `& f/ T        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
* w: O6 K: \# ~8 p4 {* O        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;1 {5 O1 [% x$ J6 v' y1 L5 l
        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;' ^0 z# T4 s2 N! G7 R
        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;. X- M& P5 c, F! ~% x% ]' Y
        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;

        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
