The Position:  Researcher（Trainee）

Responsibilities:6 x3 I& i- ~5 t+ Z* }* o3 M: {
        Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
9 P; }4 j! H( y4 k  D        Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;" ^! J+ S" I4 y; e. ?3 R# m
        Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
& z5 Q* m9 X( `4 ^  _4 }+ K        Arrange face to face interview; ' z, h& f0 e" B6 Q. s* n' J& K
        Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; $ r! @# q+ f$ \, ?6 K
        Data entry and maintain database;
9 e' A1 J' f; V6 ~. `        Get involved in other relevant responsibilities" z8 A8 I8 {+ P# p; J! y
Requirements: & s  V% _" ~' L  `6 `6 ?3 c$ ]2 j( W
        Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
" c* ^: o# P8 }( J; _        Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
; g( w& I+ @1 N; q        Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
: t7 `: o" R3 k  E        Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
+ W3 G6 x1 ^* ]        Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
" s, U/ S9 F$ k2 L        Able to work under pressure with patience;1 l0 N7 }& O% Y  _* H) r/ U* X
        Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy;
