Opportunities are available to work full time during the summer holidays only, or summer holidays full time and then part time for vacation periods. Duties include: being the primary point of contact for Barclays customers, delivering a high quality effective telephone banking service and contributing to the development of a high performance and highly empowered, Contact Centre. This is an inbound telephony based role. Shifts are rotational over a 7 day week between 8am - 9pm with a late Shift from 1pm - 9pm or 11am - 7pm. Some weekend work may be required.8 f7 V/ [4 D- a$ v4 B' J
