System Analyst Programmer Salary £19k to £25k
Our client is a satellite TV Channel based in Europe. They are now looking for applicants with the following qualifications to join their office located in Middlesex.! F: g7 @; [' b4 ]4 J

The candidate must be fluent in both English and Chinese to communicate with staff including those from the head office and subsidiaries overseas. Ability to write Chinese is also an advantage as the GUI of the systems will need to be in Chinese for use by the company. He/she will be responsible for the in-house software programming, systems development and database management. & a% S! V) v) y) A

Candidates should possess a relevant degree. Work experience in systems analyst and programming in a subscription TV environment; Knowledge of Network Internet Databases and Satellite Communications would be distinct advantages. Candidates should have the knowledge and understanding of software programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, Visual Basic etc. Knowledge of relational and Oracle databases is also desirable.
