致甘泉香港航空乘客通告
最新更新時間：香港時間二零零八年四月十四日下午六時正
甘泉香港航空宣佈於二零零八年四月九日已向香港特別行政區高等法院申請委任臨時清盤人。香港法院已委任畢馬威會計師事務所的Edward Middleton及Patrick Cowley為本公司的臨時清盤人，並於香港時間同日下午二時起接管本公司。
我們的航班現已停止服務，直至另行通告為止。臨時清盤人現正與其他航空公司洽商盡快為乘客提供轉乘安排。
為方便乘客，我們已整理以下的航空公司及酒店資料，有關航班及酒店房間於此刻仍可供訂位。我們知道有關機位將陸續收到乘客訂位，我們亦會按收到的最新資料作出更新。
由於同時間有大量乘客致電相關熱線，等候時間或會較長，敬請閣下耐心等候。

提交方法
乘客如持有尚未使用航段但已確認機位的甘泉機票，可提交乘客索償申請表(表格可於甘泉網站 http://www.oasishongkong.com下載) 及證明文件以登記其索償，並傳送至：

Notice to Oasis Hong Kong Airlines Passengers
Latest update: 14 April 2008 – 1800h HKG time
It is with regret that Oasis Hong Kong Airlines announces that the airline has applied to the High Court of Hong Kong Special Administration Region to appoint provisional liquidators on 9 April 2008. The Court has appointed Edward Middleton and Patrick Cowley of KPMG as the provisional liquidators, and they have assumed control of the airline with effect from 1400h the same day Hong Kong time.
Our flight operations have been cancelled until further notice. The Provisional Liquidators are liaising with other airlines in order to help customers make alternate travel arrangements as quickly as possible.
To make it more convenient for the passengers, we have consolidated the following flight and hotel information and know that vacancies are available as of now. We understand that the flights are filling up very, very quickly and we are immediately updating the following details as information comes in. As a large number of passengers are trying to access our call centers at the same time, we urge you to kindly be patient. Passengers can also contact the following airlines’ websites and call centers to enquire about flight bookings: |
