* Help to ensure factories comply to all ethical and environmental & u) @: S, t: L1 k, v" ^, ]

* Ensuring production schedules are in line to meet shipping deadlines8 m1 j( _3 |8 e1 K

* Designing and quoting for bespoke gifts with publishers0 g% M" e; [" X
* Sending Pre-production samples to the client for approval using the ; W0 M) w- e* ^# h, K# o
appropriate forms and ensuring samples are approved.
3 ?' ~* b9 O q* Keeping a record of all documentation between ourselves, the factory and ' t( @; j J* r- a3 Y, n4 \5 \
the client so that all legal paperwork is accounted for.
! c: S# @% @$ m; z$ Z* Instructing factories when pre-production samples have been approved and R# ?; L2 l2 g
tested to ensure they manufacture to the standards and timeframe we require.
! G" [/ p5 r, B+ Y7 M, \* Requesting production samples and ensuring that samples are sent and ) C& ?7 }! M i6 U4 b+ S' W

* Ensure that shipments are made by the factory and goods arrive to
