Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
+ W, W* h5 a' a/ K Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;- X2 W. M7 v; c. a3 ~
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
0 z- h. I1 k. E! ~ Arrange face to face interview;
' q! C/ w* h7 R8 @ m+ I Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; * r: `$ g2 s( E' q

Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

( u e5 h/ x+ S& x) y, C& ? Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；( q2 w* p+ h+ h9 a: \
Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;1 N, v: q7 p* [2 `8 T E- b2 z
Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
+ k* X' @2 J8 N K0 A! \$ H3 _) @ Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
( N- Z9 ?5 E/ P# H; P& R4 h Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;# F- c& F- n! g
