lambert hall ---internet problems

I have used it for 2 days.The internet can not be used yesterday. any one could help me? Who should I talk to?

你要先申请个m开头的帐号。/ B. Y3 z" X; m7 R# w( D5 _1 U" f
然后去chados或可以上网的机子注册自己的电脑和宿舍。$ v' O P% u- b2 X! y' d) @
注册要要自己机子的mac地址2 g" M# \2 L' c5 M3 j5 H3 t4 r( v
就是物理地址

I used the internet from 19th. but on 21th, I cant use it.
