* Designing and quoting for bespoke gifts with publishers

* Keeping a record of all documentation between ourselves, the factory and

* Instructing factories when pre-production samples have been approved and 1 _; `% v4 S7 [0 g: g7 a
tested to ensure they manufacture to the standards and timeframe we require.% w8 O) n/ F* m" m
* Requesting production samples and ensuring that samples are sent and

* Ensure that shipments are made by the factory and goods arrive to

* Ensure all import and export documentation is produced to meet all customs
