Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions , S( w8 e; {" l* k
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;* D5 Q2 \1 x5 c
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.& p, a6 g* O8 [: J. P2 {
Arrange face to face interview;
$ {3 f) j7 F7 k' A Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;
* c0 w3 Z" n7 G Data entry and maintain database;

Requirements:
% @- z, ^8 l* s- t Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
' t. w+ ?$ t$ ?. Y3 M5 Q6 @ Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;& S, n. j! {3 ?
Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
