" _9 e+ ]$ K" ~( m2 I! g! I Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
: H, `, x6 e, P( s4 T+ X5 ]0 E Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
& o% c7 V6 o( W3 A) |; P Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.
) |% k' I2 k& B1 L" ] Arrange face to face interview; 0 N( G" I. T. T" v$ v2 g; e& N
Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;

Get involved in other relevant responsibilities% Q) n( C0 [( {
Requirements:
/ Z: x, H: e# b3 e' {* F) c Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；8 p# B: K/ i% @6 ^1 P7 Y# N9 ?9 e9 o
Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;# i0 T1 ~. }& ~5 o3 Z
Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;2 l6 g4 {5 C; z. n5 X0 l0 ]
Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
o& A9 `) w! J6 C4 W Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
