Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
9 f* s% `" Z" R" V2 T5 p0 b Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;" |( q7 }3 B$ R3 M2 K* }7 `9 O
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case. k) M+ F2 Y8 l6 a* g& g p
Arrange face to face interview;
( d# c1 K6 G% b! I3 \( u Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;

Get involved in other relevant responsibilities5 j% T( n) K, p* c- l/ L
Requirements: 2 Y* F9 t$ m( B9 M' I0 A1 s$ l) `4 G
Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；
- n% R' C9 T6 S' e( f Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
6 R& ]) i8 Y; Q- U1 H Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;7 E4 I4 h2 Q3 s* I3 U% |2 D
Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;
