0 F! X) w9 Q! C# X* Y" k: v2 c Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions
) R: n% v7 D/ w' X6 }0 c8 v Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;
/ l) l2 p# Q+ O3 d2 g Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.

Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; ) z5 a. r% _: I' G) l
Data entry and maintain database;

Requirements:
/ N( ~" N+ |6 Q/ H4 Y P* G) D Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；; Y% `. \. p! B
Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
- m! F) a9 @2 Z# z0 l Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;, v0 O; z! V! k, h
Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent;# I* q% w+ W3 i
Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;5 i8 z$ l' L/ J( y- B6 I9 B- I
Able to work under pressure with patience;
