Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions % v! D5 V& Z/ t; X
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;# D. [ Y# c- H
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.' q2 E- a% p( l" r+ e
Arrange face to face interview;
R& `) L: m' X& M/ D2 a Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements; , l' G6 s1 ^% A% ]3 T
Data entry and maintain database;
& C$ G% v7 e5 O3 {" H% G Get involved in other relevant responsibilities

+ k6 V9 u( f7 N J% b Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；* O+ [( t7 T# R! n- w' L8 s g4 x
Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;
5 |" s) T2 m+ Y; s Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;
