Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions " @' m' I# ^# W5 h) K0 o
Analyze job description and cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates;. O, l+ `; Z2 L8 \9 C* a+ J
Help consultant to set target companies list for each case.0 m( e0 p9 D3 I, t
Arrange face to face interview; 5 d2 Z' w, Z( R5 A4 K! N# K
Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements;

Requirements:
- K4 [+ n2 i' ^" W& n* r Bachelor degree or above. Abroad student is preferred；3 ^# b0 }% e$ @
Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience;: B: ^2 w9 K3 C# q5 B0 S: Q
Good English Skills, both in oral and writing, TEM 8 is preferred;

Open-minded, good analysis, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;
