用pps看电影要tv license吗？？？？  那么在网页上看直播的球赛呢？？？？

非常肯定的告诉你。看“直播”球赛是需要tv license的 ，而且不仅仅是球赛，只要是“直播”的都需要tv license.

看TV和球赛都没有问题，因为PPStream是国内的平台和老外的BBC没什么关系，要交也是交给CCTV才对。) s! G2 j8 V3 L- r/ N0 y0 i
还有就是他们不会无聊到查你Laptop的，所以不用担心。 法规是死的，人是活的。! n) k9 ?0 s% e6 U' _' W% Y( \
不过如果你有电视机的话，就不一样了，这里面情况有点复杂。
