因收到曼大email说9月30日之前须register online, 而且进入student centre后，它显示：“

其中最后一步 Step 10 为Step 10. Payment of Tuition Fees , 但它貌似要求在线支付。可我已开汇票，我想请问各位已注册了的前辈们 如何付的tuition fees，可不可以跳过这步完成注册2 H/ {4 {* U) m5 R
