We know that some students have been refused their Tier 1 – Post Study
' L; l* K9 }! y  c8 tWork visas because the Home office has not accepted the confirmation
) T  {; O8 i: G2 m! Fof award letter issued by the Student Services Centre as proof of the) w/ ?1 P7 C. \1 t( v
student's award. We wrote to the Home Office about this issue and they
* \  K' C6 @: x+ Y/ bhave now confirmed that our confirmation of award letter (the version$ h8 ?0 k6 b7 A
issued in or after November) is sufficient proof that a student has
/ D4 W5 s2 ^  \, G# P& Kbeen awarded their degree. They have also agreed to reconsider
* D4 Y9 J, r! D; u5 A" ~students' applications which were refused on this basis.

If you have had your Tier 1 – Post Study Work application solely

Student Services Centre to speak to a member of the International
