曼大申请PSW的同学因为SSC出的letter被拒的同学注意了，SSC开始管这件事了，下面是详细信息：

Work visas because the Home office has not accepted the confirmation# w1 b. e! y+ K+ l
of award letter issued by the Student Services Centre as proof of the
/ t7 h5 T; S0 w7 k; Z1 h% I% I) hstudent's award. We wrote to the Home Office about this issue and they
6 c' R: N1 G! l) Z- E4 j" q+ Ehave now confirmed that our confirmation of award letter (the version: K! @. M7 s9 v
issued in or after November) is sufficient proof that a student has" d0 Q% G+ f+ h4 p, a+ c
been awarded their degree. They have also agreed to reconsider! t, {6 l! r8 v! h$ J
students' applications which were refused on this basis.

% t+ ]& m# [/ R) l O6 ^) lIf you have had your Tier 1 – Post Study Work application solely
# }' a0 p; h; Y" R4 U: e& S- Qrefused because the Home Office did not accept the validity of the( d, }! y' M# W* p0 F% _
confirmation of award letter issued by us then you need to come to the/ h: z; l! c+ C, g# v
Student Services Centre to speak to a member of the International$ h8 l. h, ^" {2 H) S* Y
Advice Team. You also need to bring in your refusal notice and the
; d( j: u% x& F: B/ h. g. U! `, rconfirmation of award letter that you submitted as part of your: N' M4 f+ t2 b4 Y1 `: Z% ~
original application. In order to do this you must ring us on 0161 275' O7 ?1 P- T$ e: Q. Y6 c
