用pps看电影要tv license吗？？？？  那么在网页上看直播的球赛呢？？？？

看TV和球赛都没有问题，因为PPStream是国内的平台和老外的BBC没什么关系，要交也是交给CCTV才对。
  c0 W1 }1 `$ s5 T  \. q还有就是他们不会无聊到查你Laptop的，所以不用担心。 法规是死的，人是活的。
+ U! w" X8 c2 [3 g: ?6 i7 O9 x不过如果你有电视机的话，就不一样了，这里面情况有点复杂。
